Abuse Reporting Policy

1. Reporting Abuse
TSP Scale takes abuse of our infrastructure very seriously. If you have received spam, phishing attempts, malware, or any other abusive communication from an IP address or domain belonging to a TSP Scale customer, please report it immediately to: abuse@tspscale.in False, malicious, or intentionally misleading abuse reports may themselves constitute abuse of this reporting process.
2. Required Information
To investigate the incident effectively, your report must include the following information: • The exact sender email address • The recipient email address • The full email headers (including the Message-ID, Received lines, and Date) • The reason for the complaint (e.g., spam, phishing, harassment) • (Optional) Screenshots or logs supporting the claim Reports without full email headers cannot be accurately traced to a specific customer account.
3. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a complete abuse report, our compliance team will: 1. Verify the origin of the email within our infrastructure. 2. Identify the customer account responsible for the transmission. 3. Review the customer's sending history and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. 4. Take appropriate enforcement action, which may include rate-limiting, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of the offending account.
4. Response SLA
We aim to review and act upon all complete abuse reports within 24 hours of receipt. While we do not typically provide detailed updates on internal customer enforcement actions due to privacy reasons, we assure you that verified abuse is handled swiftly and strictly.
