Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the acceptable and prohibited uses of TSP Scale. It exists to protect our platform, our customers, email recipients, and the broader internet ecosystem. Compliance with this AUP is a condition of using TSP Scale.
2. Permitted Use
TSP Scale may be used for legitimate business communications, including: • Transactional emails • Account verification emails • Password reset emails • Security notifications • Customer support communications • Marketing emails sent with appropriate authorization and in compliance with applicable laws
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use TSP Scale to: • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) • Use purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested mailing lists • Conduct phishing, fraud, impersonation, or social engineering • Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious attachments • Send deceptive or misleading email content • Violate intellectual property rights • Promote illegal activities • Attempt unauthorized access to systems • Circumvent security controls or rate limits • Abuse APIs or infrastructure • Generate excessive complaints or bounce rates through negligent sending practices
4. Sender Requirements
Users are responsible for: • Sending only to recipients they are authorized to contact • Maintaining accurate sender identity • Honoring unsubscribe requests where applicable • Verifying domains before sending • Configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC where supported • Maintaining healthy mailing lists • Monitoring bounce and complaint rates • Complying with applicable laws governing electronic communications
5. Platform Protections
To protect service reliability, TSP Scale may: • Apply sending limits • Delay or throttle traffic • Require additional account verification • Request domain ownership verification • Review unusual sending behavior • Block abusive IPs or domains • Suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy
6. Enforcement
Enforcement may include: 1. Warning 2. Temporary sending restrictions 3. Reduced sending limits 4. Account suspension 5. Permanent account termination Severe violations, including phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, or deliberate abuse, may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.
7. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse may be reported to: abuse@tspscale.in Reports should include sufficient information to investigate the incident.
8. Policy Changes
This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
