License Agreement

This software, including all backend logic, database designs, frontend user interfaces, assets, API schemas, and status pages (excluding publicly distributed developer SDK packages explicitly licensed under open-source MIT licenses), is the sole intellectual property of Sai Shashank Reddy (TSP LEGEND). No license, right, title, or interest is granted, sold, or transferred to any third party. Any copying, distribution, modification, sublicensing, hosting, reverse engineering, or public display of this source code or compiled binaries without prior express written consent is strictly prohibited.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain exclusively vested in Sai Shashank Reddy (TSP LEGEND).

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, COMPLIANCE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED.

Please note that developer libraries (such as tsp-scale-sdk, tsp-scale-python, and tsp-scale-curl) published to NPM and PyPI are explicitly excluded from these proprietary restrictions and are licensed under the open-source MIT License to enable free integration.
