Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by TSP Scale.

Unless required by applicable law: • Subscription fees are non-refundable. • Partial billing periods are not refunded. • Unused credits or service time are not redeemable for cash.

If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Where TSP Scale chooses to provide service credits, those credits have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
