3. Infrastructure Security
• Encrypted communications using TLS • Restricted administrative access • Audit logging • Continuous monitoring • Regular software updates
4. Email Infrastructure
• Domain verification • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC support • Abuse detection • Rate limiting • Reputation protection mechanisms
5. Data Protection
• Role-based access controls • Data retention policies • Secure backups. Backup retention periods are managed according to our infrastructure configuration and retention policies. • Controlled access to personal data
6. Incident Response
If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal data, we will investigate, contain, and respond in accordance with our incident response procedures and applicable legal obligations.
