Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of TSP Scale's platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using TSP Scale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.
2. Anti-Spam Policy
TSP Scale strictly prohibits the use of our infrastructure for sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). All users must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local regulations. Accounts found violating these policies will be terminated immediately without refund.
3. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain an uptime SLA of 99.99%. While we provide high-availability email delivery, we are not liable for business loss resulting from delivery delays caused by recipient mail server behavior or internet infrastructure failures beyond our control.
4. Billing and Termination
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless otherwise required by law.
